FIELDHOUSE USA TAPS INTO FRISCO'S PASSION FOR SPORTS

(Frisco, Texas) March 10, 2009 ~ Fieldhouse USA catapults the City of Frisco into the upper echelon of unique venues in the sporting world. Aspiring basketball, volleyball, flag football, lacrosse, soccer players, and more will be able to excel in their fields and receive top-notch training.
Located at 6155 Sports Village Blvd., Fieldhouse USA is a 144,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor sports facility. The recently opened venue is devoted to providing excellence in competitive and recreational sports and features 12 full-sized hardwood courts, a full turf field for soccer, flag football, lacrosse and kickball with an additional 13,200 square feet of retail space, as well as a food court, onsite trainer, Dallas Maverick's team store, corporate conference rooms, and a first-of-its-kind Nike concept store still to come.
Fieldhouse USA will change the game and up the ante for the City of Frisco when it comes to state-of-the-art sport facilities. According to Gary Oliver, Director of Operations, "There is no other indoor sports venue like Fieldhouse USA because of the range of sports offered, the specially designed portable scoring technology, HDTV's throughout the facility, and the 10,000 square feet of hardwood basketball courts."
Marla Roe, Executive Director of the Frisco Convention & Visitors Bureau expressed, "We are excited about the addition of another world-class sports facility in Frisco. Fieldhouse USA provides an avenue to target a new mix of sporting events, which ultimately benefits not only the athletes, but the City of Frisco as well."
An official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 11:30 a.m.
