Shop Longer at Stonebriar Centre Tax Free Weekend

FRISCO, Texas. August 9, 2010 ~ On Friday, Saturday and Sunday,
August 20, 21 and 22, shoppers in Texas will get a break from state
and local sales tax on children's clothing and back-to-school
supplies. During the tax-free weekend, most clothing and footwear
under $100 and backpacks for elementary and middle school students
are exempt from taxes. Lay-away plans can again be used to take
advantage of the tax-exempt savings.
Stonebriar Centre will open earlier and close later on each of the
three days to allow more time for shopping. The hours are:
- Friday, August 20: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, August 21: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 22: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Department stores, restaurants and entertainment venues at the
shopping center may keep different hours. Please call for exact
opening and closing times.
