Frisco, Texas (February 2, 2010) - Frisco Square announced that The Romantics ("What I Like About You") will headline the entertainment at the upcoming Arts in the Square event on March 6 & 7 at Frisco Square.  Their performance is schedule for 4:00PM on Saturday, March 6.

The Romantics is an American rock band from Detroit, Michigan. The band adopted the name "The Romantics" because they formed on Valentine's Day! "What I Like About You" was used in the 1980s, when its placement in television commercials and other high profile media made it an evergreen power pop anthem. The band is also well known for its flashy and audacious fashion sense. A special guest, Clem Burke, the drummer from Blondie, will join The Romantics for the Arts in the Square performance.

Arts in the Square is an annual, juried multi-media show featuring visual and performance arts, along with entertainment and fun.
