A very big story is developing in the city of Frisco, Texas! This year the city will reach 100,000 residents sometime in the month of April. Will that 100,000th resident be born in Frisco or come from somewhere else?
Lots of small towns in America have grown to be big towns, but Frisco is located in one of the fastest growing and richest counties in the nation, Collin County. Jim Gandy, director of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, says businesses, residents, and visitors, alike, are flocking to Frisco because, “We have a young, well-educated labor force, great schools, shopping beyond compare, and four sports teams to enjoy. There’s something for everyone”
