Frisco welcomes the action packed IFL (Intense Football League) and the Frisco Thunder for its second season in Frisco. The Frisco Thunder offers action packed arena football played in the Dr Pepper StarCenter. The 2008 will be a short home game schedule due to the expansion of the Dr Pepper Star Center, so don't wait to catch one of these exciting games!

Cool off inside the Deja Blue Arena at the Dr Pepper StarCenter with a Texas Tornado Junior A hockey game. Watch stars of the future compete in this top level amateur hockey league, and enjoy a team that has won their division 3 years in a row (2004-2006) compete for another championship. These exciting games are guaranteed to give you edge-of-your-seat fun!
The Texas Tornado will be on hiaitus for the 2008-2009 season while the Dr Pepper StarCenter undergoes expansion. Check back soon for an update.

Frisco is home to three unique golf courses: The Trails of Frisco, The Tom Fazio course at The Westin Stonebriar and Plantation Golf Club. Each offers a challenge to the avid golf enthusiast. In most instances, the courses can accommodate your tee time requests.
The Trails of Frisco, an 18-hole, par 71 course, offers dramatic bunkering, scenic wetlands and may other amenities, such as grass and mat driving ranges, a full clubhouse and pro shop.
