“Ho, Ho, Ho, Frisco!” Hear that? Santa’s excited for all of the holiday festivities in Frisco! From the largest choreographed lights and music show in North Texas to a parachuting Santa to the Frosty 5K & Merry Mile to live entertainment, there’s no shortage of holiday fun the whole family will love!

Christmas in the Square

Nov. 29 – Jan. 4

Frisco’s signature holiday event, Christmas in the Square, features North Texas’ largest choreographed lights and music show. Watch as 175,000+ lights, 11.5 miles of wiring and 8 miles of extension cords bring Frisco Square to life each evening, synced with holiday music on 95.7FM! Visitors can also “skate the square” each night, on a real outdoor ice rink and enjoy snowfall every 15 minutes!

Saturday, December 21 showcases the best of Christmas in the Square, complete with carriage rides, a trackless train and a three-lane snow tubing slide. Plus, Santa himself will parachute in from the North Pole at 5pm!

Merry Main Street

Dec. 7

Family-friendly holiday fun abounds at Merry Main Street  at Frisco’s Simpson Plaza. Enjoy the City of Frisco’s official tree lighting, Santa’s arrival, live reindeer and horse-drawn carriage rides. Kids and kids at heart won’t be able to resist a trip to the Kid’s Holiday Store and Santa’s Workshop. A model train display and live entertainment on three stages complete this lively event.

Polar Express PJ Party

Dec. 14 & 15

The magic of the season comes to life at the Polar Express Pajama Party at Frisco Discovery Center. Families are invited to enjoy an evening of activities like face painting, cookie decorating, holiday games, crafts, a magician performance and visits with Santa, followed by a screening of the film “The Polar Express.” Plus, every child in attendance will leave with a special gift!

Sounds of the Season at Stonebriar Centre

All December long

Shopping and the holidays go together like milk and cookies! And since you’ll be doing your fair share of shopping this holiday season, Stonebriar Centre is showcasing live holiday music acts all December long! Enjoy caroling, choirs, and other musical performances as you shop for the perfect gifts!

Of course the fun doesn’t stop in the New Year! After the presents are unwrapped and you’ve rung in 2014, the NCAA Division I Football Championship comes to Frisco on January 4! Plus, the Texas Legends will just be getting into the swing of their season, which kicks off on Nov. 22.
