Everything Outdoors

Fall time boasts some of the most colorfully breathtaking views of the parks and trails around Frisco, making it the perfect time to get outside and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer. Whether you want to explore on foot or by bike, Frisco has more than 70+ miles of trails to enjoy and beautiful parks to visit. Some Frisco favorites include Central Park for the most vibrant views when the leaves begin to change color. HALL Park is home to the Texas Sculpture Garden and enchanting trails featuring large ponds, fountains, and even wildlife. Another diverse trail for walkers, runners, or cyclists is Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt trail, featuring a historic bridge from 1904, wetlands and ponds, plus platforms for fishing and viewing wildlife. If you want to sit down for a picnic and take in the fresh fall air, Frisco Commons Park offers an abundance of shade, walking paths, and beautiful scenery.

Pumpkins on the Prairie (October 1- November 1) offers hay rides, games, and a wide selection of pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Oh, and don’t forget your annual fall photo op before you leave.
