More specifically, the Winter Games of Texas are coming! The Texas Amateur Athletic Federation’s Winter Games return to Frisco January 16 – 19, 2015! Spectators are invited to watch as nearly 4,000 amateur and recreational athletes from ages 8 to 80 compete in 13 different sports ranging from figure skating to gymnastics to swimming.
New to this year’s event lineup are kickball and tennis, which have opened the games up to a whole new group of athletes. Events will play out at various venues throughout the Frisco area—click an event below for time and location details. While it might not be a Winter Olympics year, it’s always a Winter Games of Texas year in Frisco!
