Located within the recently renovated Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa, Herd & Hearth celebrates the unique flavors and traditions of the Lone Star State. The new dinner menu combines Southern hospitality with artfully prepared wood-fired and smoked plates that utilize locally sourced ingredients, to deliver a bespoke farm to fork experience. Led by Director of Culinary & Beverage Services, Christopher Ochiltree, dishes include a wide variety of classics and unique creations including Peach Wood Smoked Corn Bisque, Texas Bison Burger, Lemon-Scented Smoked Pulled Chicken Salad and Rosemary Oil Marinated Hanger Steak. Guests can pair the new dishes with a selection of craft cocktails, wine and beer, sourced from local Texas brands, all within a welcoming environment. The Herd & Hearth space features light flooring, luxe leather seating and dark wood finishes in addition to Western art. Keeping with the theme, “room to roam,” Herd & Hearth offers plenty of space to spread out including private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace to soak up the refreshing fall temps.

With its dramatic landforms, subtly contoured greens, native grass order areas and masterful bunkers, this Frisco golf course truly feels as if it’s evolved over time. Fazio's design improves on nature to create a golf experience unlike any other. Full of special touches, Stonebriar rivals even Fazio’s most famous courses: Pinehurst #8, Shadow Creek, The Quarry at La Quinta and others Collars are required and denim is not allowed at this soft-spike facility. The Westin Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa offer Stay & Play packages to enhance your resort experience with options for up to Two Rounds of Golf per night. Tee Times are also available for booking through the Westin Golf Shop up to 30 days prior to your visit. All reservations include Green Fee, Cart, and Practice balls. Caddie and Forecaddie services as well as rental golf clubs are available to enhance your on-course experience.
