Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K

Join us for the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K presented by Baylor Scott & White Health on April 25, 2026, with activities kicking off at 8:00 a.m. What better way to celebrate the energy and excitement of NFL Draft weekend than by running or walking with us and showing your support for the Dallas Cowboys?

5K: Come on out to the Star in Frisco and take part in Cowboys Draft Day 2026 festivities! Saturday's family-focused draft events start with the Draft Day 5K. Run or walk a 5K with your family, friends and favorite Cowboy's fans!

Kids Fun Run: Calling all little Cowboys run, dance, walk or toddle a half-mile to take part in the fun of Draft Day. Distances include Half-Mile Kids Fun Run and Toddler Dash.

Virtual Run: We know Dallas Cowboys fans are spread far and wide. For runners who can't make it to Frisco, TX but still want to participate this option is for you! Register for the Virtual Run we'll ship your race t-shirt, bib, and medal to your door. Run a 5K on your own time* post your results to the virtual leaderboard.
