Hands-On Big Green Egg Cooking Class
Presented by: Chef to the Shelters

Join us at Sunnyland Outdoor Living in Frisco for a hands-on Big Green Egg cooking class with Chef Mike McCoy, founder of Chef to the Shelters.
This interactive class is designed to help you become more confident cooking outdoorswhether you're new to the Big Green Egg or looking to sharpen your skills. Mike is known across North Texas for his live-fire cooking on the Big Green Egg and for teaching practical techniques that make outdoor cooking approachable and repeatable at home. During the class, he'll walk through the fundamentals of ceramic grilling, including temperature control, fire management, and how to smoke, roast, and sear with confidence.
Along the way, Mike will share the tips and techniques he uses when cooking on the Egg so you leave with skills you can immediately put to use at home.
Chef Mike is also the founder of Chef to the Shelters, a North Texas nonprofit dedicated to bringing chef-quality meals to sober living homes and recovery shelters. What began as a simple idea to cook a Thanksgiving meal for people in recovery has grown into a program that now prepares and delivers over 1,200 meals each month to shelters and sober living homes across the region, helping bring dignity, hospitality, and encouragement to people rebuilding their lives.
100% of all ticket sales from this class will go directly to support Chef to the Shelters and their mission.
