Immersive Sound Bath

This is a Televised Sound Bath on CW33 News. This sound bath you will be floating IN the water. The Pool is heated, Please wear a swimsuit. We will provide pool floating devices such as a hammock or pool noodles, as well as eye mask for added comfort. 

The event begins with a five-minute guided meditation, followed by a 60-minute sound bath featuring ancient healing instruments. This outdoor experience allows you to fully immerse yourself in the serene vibrations of sound and water.

Refreshments, including infused spring water, tea, and wellness juices, will be available. Stay, mingle, and enjoy refreshments from HALL Park Hotel.
