At Havana Dee's, the intimate live music lounge nestled in Dee Lincoln Prime, guests can indulge in an elevated five-course NYE dinner with seatings at 8:30 and 9 p.m. Limited to just 50 seats, the Signature Experience includes luxe selections such as a sushi course; an appetizer course with items such as Caviar Sammies and Filet & Gorgonzola Crostinis; a 14oz Chateaubriand with Béarnaise and Truffle Madeira Sauce, Dee's "Red Bottoms" chocolate cake for dessert, and more. A Caviar Course add-on is also available for $200. Guests will enjoy a three-piece band from 8 p.m.–1 a.m., a midnight champagne toast, and late-night mini grilled cheese sandwiches. At Dee Lincoln Prime, the acclaimed steakhouse from the "Queen of Steaks", New Year's Eve will showcase exceptional culinary features from Culinary Director, Chef Julian Rodarte, including a Bone-in Halibut Porterhouse finished tableside with Caviar Beurre Blanc, a Chef's Cut 64oz Australian Wagyu BMS 9+ Tomahawk, and an ultra-rare 1oz 000 Pure Beluga Caviar service presented with white-glove service.
