Hotel developer NewcrestImage will build four hotels at the 242-acre Frisco Station development along the $5 Billion Mile. The hotels will anchor The Hub, a 200,000-square-foot centerpiece to the development that will include dining, retail and entertainment venues. The AC Hotel, Residence Inn, Canopy by Hilton and Hyatt Place will total about 600 rooms. Groundbreaking of the AC Hotel, Residence Inn and Canopy by Hilton are expected to take place in January 2017 with the first openings in June 2018. Hyatt Place will break ground later in 2017.
