Frisco's First

6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Frisco, Texas 75034

Created by David Alan Clark in 2009. Frisco's First is located in the front of George A. Purefoy Municipal Complex. Frisco's First is a life-sized 1900s era farmer holding onto the front portion of a train engine. The figure celebrates the arrival of the railroad to Frisco. This also meant that local farmers could now reach major markets with their crops and help the young town thrive. This helps explain why the rider of the train is so excited.
