Newly opened in 2014, Texas Ford Aquatics has already made a name for itself as the premier location for swimming, offering up world-class competition and coaching. The state-of-the-art facility features an Olympic-sized pool, as well as a smaller teaching pool.

As a U.S. Swimming club team, the organization has already produced top 10 nationally ranked swimmers, as well as Olympic trial, national and junior national qualifiers and finalists. Texas Ford Aquatics has room for NCAA athletes, state champions and record holders, as well as new swimmers.

In a unique partnership, the coach-owned organization works hand-in-glove with the City of Frisco, which owns the building, and Frisco ISD. Though not built for spectators, the facility has more than 700 young competitive swimmers and another 100 who participate in U.S. Masters Swimming competitions.

“Frisco is such a growing area, we knew that ‘if we build it, they will come,’” said Stuart Smith, co-owner. “And they have. Our goal is to bring swimming to everyone in North Texas. Our swimming program is unique — someone who starts as a bubble-blower leaves ready to join a team. There’s no limit on what a swimmer can achieve.”
