FRISCO, TX (Jan. 4, 2023) – For anyone looking for an exciting new adventure, Frisco, Texas, needs to be on the radar. A significant redevelopment is taking place in HALL Park that includes upscale office space, a dynamic, programmed community park called Kaleidoscope Park, a food hall, and a 224-room boutique hotel, opening in 2023. Kaleidoscope Park will host free year-round programming that includes concerts, fitness activities, festivals, films, and more. With public art, children’s parks, dog parks, technology terraces, and more, the redevelopment of HALL Park will provide an abundance of attractions.

“We anticipate golf, music, arts, and sports enthusiasts from around the U.S. will come to Frisco specifically to visit these unique attractions and new venues,” said Roe.

Upcoming 2023 events in Frisco are already the talk of the town. From sip and strolls to Cirque Du Soleil, and Academy of Country Music Awards to PGA Championships, there is always something happening in The City That Plays.

Texas Pinball Festival is returning to Frisco March 24-26 at Embassy Suites Dallas – Frisco Hotel and Conference Center. This annual event features vendors, hobbyists, and collectors’ items and games all under one roof. Items and games are set up for attendees to immerse themselves into the world of pinball, compete in tournaments, and win prizes.

Frisco Uncorked is an unforgettable wine and food experience hosted in Frisco Square. Taking place on April 29, the event will feature local chefs, lawn games, wine tastings, and so much more. National Soccer Hall of Fame Induction Weekend takes place each year at the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Frisco, welcoming each new class Sports City USA style. Additional events such as concerts take place throughout the duration of the weekend, never leaving a dull moment.

Academy of Country Music Awards will be held at Ford Center on May 11, 2023. The award show will be Ford Center’s first of its kind at the venue and is making its return to Texas since its 50th year which was held in Arlington. Tickets are now on sale for ACMs.

Cirque Du Soleil Corteo on May 17 - 28 will captivate audiences at Comerica Center. The production first premiered in Montreal in 2005. More than 10 million spectators have witnessed the show across 20 countries and four continents.

2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship on May 24 – 28 is one of the six major championships Frisco is slated to host over the next 12 years. The 72-hole event features the top 35 men’s golfers ages 50 and older. The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship is the longest running championship among the five major championships in men’s golf. Tickets to attend the championship are now available online.

The PGA High School Golf National Invitational, both the girl’s and boys’ event, will also be hosted at PGA Frisco this year in July. More than 500 of the top high school players will participate in the girl’s event. Champions will be crowned after completing a 54-hold stroke play event that takes place over three days. Competitors will include teams and individuals from nearly all 50 states.

Dallas Cowboys Training Camp at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco will take place this August, giving fans the ultimate way to experience America’s Team in action. Featuring scrimmages, fan zone, meet and greets, and more, this opportunity is exclusively offered in Frisco at the home of the Dallas Cowboys.

As Sports City USA, Frisco is home to several professional sports teams including the Dallas Stars, Dallas Cowboys, Frisco Roughriders, Frisco Fighters, Texas Legends, and more. With so many teams practicing and playing in Frisco, there is always a reason for fans to stay.
