Frisco Murals You Don’t Want to Miss
Share:
Whether you are planning your next weekend trip to Frisco, or you are looking for a vibrant backdrop for your next Instagram post, these Frisco murals are a great outdoor exploration activity for the whole family.
Public art that engages the community in the planning, design, and execution of the piece can help to create a sense of belonging and identity for individuals and businesses in the area. Art is a way for people of different backgrounds and cultures to feel a sense of unity, recognition, and connectedness through mediums such as public murals.
Springtime in Texas
This 65-feet long outdoor mural at Tuscany Meadows Park was commissioned by the City of Frisco’s Public Art Program in 2024. Artist Anat Ronen gives a bug’s eye view of a bluebonnet field. The incredible detail and beauty of the animals and insects make this mural 'wonder'ful to see.
A Place Like Home
In 2025, artist Alec de Jesus, who also has commissions by companies such as Starbucks and Nike, completed the large scale mural found on the south end of the Frisco Discovery Center. In A Place Like Home, discover Texas flora and fauna, like prickly pear cactus, sunflowers, and bluebonnets with a black bear and great blue heron soaring above.

Multiple Murals by Patrick Ganino
Artist Patrick Ganino’s work can be found all across Frisco at locations including Didi’s Downtown, Imagine Park, and more. His rooftop mural on The Patios building features Frisco’s historic Double Dip, the iconic water tower alongside some familiar faces.
You can find Ganino’s art at Apple Blvd., Didi’s Downtown (outside and inside!), Imagine Park, OliveUs, The Patios at The Rail, Nack Theater, and Towers at The Rail.

Downtown Murals Always in Bloom
The Frisco Rail District continues to bloom with art around unexpected corners. Tucked just off Main Street keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful flowers in the LEARN PLAY GROW mural and the perfect place to snap a pic in front of the Smile mural.

PGA of America Coaching Center
When the PGA of America held a contest for Frisco ISD students to design a mural, more than 500 students from K-12th grades submitted entries. Fifth grader Annie Jiang was chosen as the winner and helped local artist Bristen Phillips from Celina bring the idea to life on the side of the PGA of America Coaching Center.

Frisco: Past and Present by Joshua Boulet
Joshua Boulet is the artist of one of the larger murals you can find in the Frisco Rail District. His piece, Frisco: Past and Present, depicts the history of Frisco and takes you through the development of the city.
With familiar landmarks, this 70-foot piece creates a sense of awe as you become a part of the story of Frisco. Find Boulet’s work at the corner of Fourth and Main in The Rail District. During renovations of downtown you may not be able to see this mural, but please be patient until it's available.
