There are a handful of different options for celebrating Independence Day in 2025 – here are our favorites!

Frisco Freedom Fest: A Citywide Spectacle

Frisco's official Independence Day celebration, the Frisco Freedom Fest, promises a vibrant two-day experience with live music, amusements, a car show and activities for kids, culminating in one of North Texas's largest fireworks displays. Freedom Fest is the city's biggest Independence Day event!

The festivities for the Frisco Freedom Fest commence on July 3 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the newly-designated Kaleidoscope Park. The celebration then shifts to Frisco Square on July 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 10 p.m., with “Party in the Plaza.” The highlight of the entire celebration is the grand fireworks finale! After the FC Dallas game concludes at Toyota Stadium, Freedom Fest attendees can witness the spectacular 20-minute fireworks show.

Fireworks on The Fairway: A Dazzling Display at PGA Frisco

Fireworks on The Fairway at PGA Frisco offers a wonderful experience filled with music, food, family fun, and a unique blend of drone and traditional fireworks.

This event is scheduled for July 4 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees can anticipate upbeat live music, local food trucks and PGA Frisco's own restaurants.

Family-friendly activities include a PGA Frisco carnival with booth games and prizes, and skilled DFW face painters. The evening culminates in a modern drone show, followed by a traditional fireworks display.

Fireworks on The Fairway is a ticketed event, and admission tickets are limited and must be reserved in advance; they will not be sold on-site.

For those seeking a fully integrated holiday experience, the "Fireworks on The Fairway" package at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is available, including event tickets with VIP seating, luxury accommodations, self-parking, and exclusive holiday activities. Update: general admission tickets to Fireworks on The Fairway at PGA Frisco are sold out. Omni PGA Frisco Resort has admission tickets available through their room package.

FC Dallas Fourth of July Celebration: Score Big with Soccer and Fireworks

Experience the thrill of Major League Soccer before getting an unrivaled view of the dazzling 20-minute fireworks display at Toyota Stadium. If you're a soccer fan or just want incredible views of the fireworks, I highly recommend checking out the FC Dallas game.

On July 4 at 7:30 p.m., FC Dallas will face Minnesota United FC at Toyota Stadium. The stadium buzzes with an energetic, red, white, and blue-clad crowd, creating a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere. Fans can enjoy the game and then enjoy the fireworks from inside the stadium, a truly special experience.

Frisco RoughRiders Stars & Stripes Night

Adults looking for a unique experience, this one's for you! The Frisco RoughRiders offer a memorable night of baseball that ends with Riders Field’s own marvelous post-game fireworks.

The RoughRiders host the Arkansas Travelers at Riders Field on July 3 at 6:05 p.m., and there is plenty to look forward to!

For those 21 and older, the Lazy River at Riders Field is an absolute must-see. It's the world's largest water feature in a sports facility! You’ll also be coming on "Thirsty Thursday," a day full of fantastic drink specials.

And don’t forget to check out the impressive Bullpen Bar and Riders Outpost Team Store.
