Hot wings serve as the quintessential appetizer or meal to watch the big game. Whether they're drenched in buffalo sauce or dry-seasoned to perfection these sports-bar staples are sure to add flavor to any outing. 

Frisco has a wide array of restaurants with plenty of wing options all around the city. Here are some of the best places to order take-out or sit down to enjoy a classic gameday meal! 

Wings Over Frisco 

With about 27 different hand-spun sauce and flavor options, Wings Over Frisco is sure to satisfy any and every taste profile. The selections come in sizes ranging from 6-100 piece orders of wings with the choice of bone-in or bone-out as well as a special cauliflower wing option for vegetarians!   

Wings Over Frisco is located right across from The University of North Texas Frisco campus and has all the makings of a college spot with a full-bar and sports environment. 

Tip for Superbowl Sunday, gather your group and head over for the Frisco location’s watch party wearing your team colors! 

Scotty P’s 

As a well-known spot in Frisco, Scotty P’s provides a family friendly-environment with options for everyone. While they’re recognized for their burgers, the wings are a hidden gem on the American-style menu. The crispy bone-in wings come tossed along with choice of house-made dipping sauces. 

This year the restaurant is offering a Super Bowl Tailgate Party option for online orders. Customers can place their order any time before Friday February 7 at 3 p.m. and pick up from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. on February 9. The specialty menu includes the Wishbone wings order, named after Barry Switzer and his Super Bowl win with the Dallas Cowboys. 

The Owl  

Located right off of the Dallas North Tollway, The Owl is an enjoyable cocktail bar with two 13'x9' TV walls surrounded by exposed brick making this a cozy spot to watch any big game. Order classic or boneless wings with a signature “topo cocktail”! 

Tailgaters Snookered 

For an all-around experience, check out the slap-shot wings from Tailgaters Snookered. The combinations are endless with bone-in or boneless and plenty of sauces from the Bowel Breaker, Trail Boss Habanero, and Chuckwagon Chipotle. 

Tailgaters Snookered is home to plenty of TVs, Golden Tee golf, dart boards, and an abundance of pool tables to keep you entertained. 

Tip for daily specials, check out their all-day drink offerings, including $20 seltzer buckets on Saturdays and Sundays!   

Durkin’s Pizza 

Although it’s advertised as a pizza joint, Durkin’s is a great way to get your fix of baked chicken wings. Their sauce offerings include Gochujang, a Korean red chili paste to get the spice and flavor all in one! 

The atmosphere of this restaurant is full of life from the rock-n-roll themed artwork to the enormous big screen televisions. 

Frisco Gun Club 

The Frisco Gun Club is home to a luxury gun range, gunsmith, gift shop, and a café with a full menu- wings included! Available as 6 or 12 pieces and various flavor options, this appetizer is sure to fulfill any wing craving. 

Bottled in Bond 

Wings aren’t exclusive to sports-bars! For a more upscale experience, check out Bottled in Bond, an 18+ restaurant with a dark-academia aesthetic and a TV at the bar to watch the game in a classy environment. 

A special item on the menu is the jerk wings, dusted in homemade seasoning and served with pickled veggies.
