The Dallas Open was a big hit with its move north and upgrade in size in 2025, and it’s returning to Frisco in 2026! From tennis enthusiasts who watch all the Grand Slams to locals looking for a new experience, the 2026 Dallas Open is a must-see event.
From February 7-15, Ford Center at The Star will transform into a state-of-the-art indoor tennis arena and play host to the Dallas Open. As one of only two ATP 500 events in the United States, this is a very special event.
World-Renowned Stars Are Coming
This year’s competitors are headlined by the top Americans and some other exciting names from around the world.
- Ben Shelton: Shelton is not only a top-ranked American but a fan favorite across the country, with his huge serve and impressive speed.
- Taylor Fritz: Fritz has been at the top of men’s tennis for several years, and he’s the only active American to have reached a Grand Slam final.
- Casper Ruud: One of the most accomplished players at the event, Ruud has been to three Grand Slam finals and has been ranked as high as No. 2 in the world.
- Denis Shapovalov: This Canadian champion is ready to defend his title from last year.



Can’t Miss Exhibition Match: The All-American Classic
Prior to the start of the main event, the Dallas Open will host its All-American Classic on Saturday, February 7 at 8:00 PM. This exhibition match is a dream for tennis fans, featuring former American Grand Slam Champions John McEnroe and Andy Roddick alongside recently retired stars John Isner and Sam Querrey. The event should be the perfect blend of funny banter and friendly competition.

If you're looking for something truly one-of-a-kind, Flea Style is a trendy destination known for its artisan apparel and its famous custom hat bar, where you can design your own signature fedora or cowboy hat.
Activities
The Fan Zone at the Dallas Open is an essential stop, offering interactive games, the official shop, and a lounge area with live music running throughout the week. For another hands-on experience, visit Sidecar Social. The massive, kid-friendly venue includes classic sports games like basketball hoops and skee-ball with live music, all in one high-energy destination. After hours, the nightlife in the district is perfect for hopping between upscale bars like Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar and vibrant outdoor spaces like Concrete Cowboy.
Important Info
Sessions
The tournament is split into Day and Night sessions, so make sure to choose the correct session based on which matches you want to see. During the qualifying rounds on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 7 & 8), it's Kids Weekend, so watch for those special rates. Parking
Ford Center at The Star is located at 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034. Parking is available in the garages and lots around The Star (and it's FREE!). If you’re hoping for a spot in one of the two parking garages, make sure to arrive a little early.
Venue
Ford Center is an indoor stadium, so don't let the weather keep you away. Pay attention to the venue's bag policy. (Hint: clear bags only and no outside food or beverages allowed.) The entrance is located on Tostitos Plaza, also known as the replica turf field next to the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters building.
