• Minimum 300 total room nights; new RFPs only (received after Jan. 1, 2026).
• Meetings must be booked within 90 days of the original RFP or hotel cut-off.
• New RFPs* only- Original RFP must be submitted to Visit Frisco and pre-approved before the contract is signed.
• *Pre-approval required. Offer valid while funds last.

Multi-Year Bonus: Planning more than one year? Book them together and earn an extra $2 per consumed room night for each additional year.
