Frisco, Texas, is the modern home of golf, and we’re hosting a curated, invite-only golf experience for a small group of passionate women looking to experience the destination in a one-of-a-kind way.

Join us as we team up with elite golf creator Sara Winter to help you sharpen your game and create endless stories to tell your girls back home. This exclusive event takes place at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa on the championship 18-hole Fields Ranch West course on Tuesday, April 7.

Sara Winter is a Canadian golfer and former Miss Canada who works with major global brands and is using her platform to empower more women to pick up the game and own their place on the green. If you love golf, love to travel, and love the community of women in sports, then this curated event is for you.

APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE FRISCO GOLF EXPERIENCE

  1. THE PROGRAM: This application process is a skill-based contest to be considered for an invite-only, curated women's golf experience (the "Experience"). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO APPLY. A purchase will not improve your chances of being selected.

  2. SPONSOR: Visit Frisco, 6605 Warren Pkwy, Suite 600 Frisco, TX 75034.

  3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to female legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of application. Participants must provide a valid Date of Birth for age verification. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  4. APPLICATION PERIOD: Applications will be accepted from February 26 until March 10.

  5. HOW TO APPLY: To be considered, applicants must:

    1. Follow @visitfriscotx on Instagram.

    2. Direct Message (DM) @visitfriscotx requesting a link for the application.

    3. Complete the official application form at www.visitfrisco.com, including the mandatory age verification and privacy opt-ins.

  6. SELECTION CRITERIA & JUDGING: This is not a game of chance. Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges designated by the Sponsor. Each application will be scored based on the following objective criteria:

    1. Originality & Creativity (50%): The uniqueness and depth of the "Dream Getaway" answer.

    2. Brand Alignment (30%): Alignment with the professional persona and mission of Sara Winter and the Visit Frisco brand.

    3. Completeness (20%): Adherence to all application instructions.

    4. In the event of a tie, the applicant with the highest "Originality" score will be selected.

  7. CANADIAN SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: If a selected applicant is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid prior to being confirmed as a participant, as required by Canadian law.

  8. PRIZE DETAILS & SUBSTITUTIONS:

    1. Experience Includes: One-hour golf clinic with Sara Winter; 18-hole round at Fields Ranch West; lunch; and wrap-up event at Lounge by TopGolf.

    2. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600 USD.

    3. Substitution Policy: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or reschedule the Experience due to inclement weather, "Acts of God," or talent unavailability. No cash substitutions will be provided if a selected participant cannot attend the rescheduled date.

  9. MANDATORY TRAVEL DISCLOSURE: THE EXPERIENCE DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE OR LODGING. SELECTED APPLICANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVEL TO AND FROM FRISCO, TX.

  10. NOTIFICATION: Selected participants will be notified on or about March 11th via the email provided. Participants must confirm acceptance within 48 hours or an alternate may be selected.

  11. PUBLICITY & MEDIA RELEASE: By participating, you grant Sponsor an irrevocable license to use your name, likeness, social media handle, and "Dream Getaway" answer for marketing purposes globally without further compensation. You agree to be photographed/filmed during the Experience.

  12. META PLATFORMS/INSTAGRAM RELEASE: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants provide a full release of Instagram/Meta from any and all liability.

  13. LIABILITY WAIVER (TEXAS FAIR NOTICE): BY APPLYING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, OMNI PGA FRISCO RESORT, AND PARTNERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF THE SPONSOR, ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXPERIENCE. GOLF INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS WHICH YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME BY ATTENDING.

  14. TAXES: Per the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) of 2026, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC only if the cumulative value of prizes awarded to a participant in the calendar year reaches or exceeds $2,000. Participants remain responsible for reporting all prize income to the IRS. Sponsor recommends participants consult a tax professional.

  15. DATA PRIVACY (TDPSA COMPLIANCE): Information collected is subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Visit Frisco collects your name, email, and location to evaluate your application. You have the right to access, request deletion of, or correct your data. We use this data solely for event selection and, if you opt-in, for future travel inspiration. Marketing communications are "Opt-In" only.

  16. RECORD KEEPING & WINNERS LIST: Per Texas Law (Sec. 621.202), Sponsor will maintain a record of all applicants and selection methods for two years. To request a list of selected participants, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor Address within 60 days of the event.
