Located within the recently renovated Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa, Herd & Hearth celebrates the unique flavors and traditions of the Lone Star State. The new dinner menu combines Southern hospitality with artfully prepared wood-fired and smoked plates that utilize locally sourced ingredients, to deliver a bespoke farm to fork experience. Led by Director of Culinary & Beverage Services, Christopher Ochiltree, dishes include a wide variety of classics and unique creations including Peach Wood Smoked Corn Bisque, Texas Bison Burger, Lemon-Scented Smoked Pulled Chicken Salad and Rosemary Oil Marinated Hanger Steak.

Guests can pair the new dishes with a selection of craft cocktails, wine and beer, sourced from local Texas brands, all within a welcoming environment. The Herd & Hearth space features light flooring, luxe leather seating and dark wood finishes in addition to Western art. Keeping with the theme, “room to roam,” Herd & Hearth offers plenty of space to spread out including private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace to soak up the refreshing fall temps.
