Musume at The Star’s expansive menu is comprised of sushi and sashimi made with fresh fish flown in daily from Japan, authentic Asian cuisine offered in both small and large plates, vegetarian and vegan dishes, salads, tempura, ramen, and six-or-eight course Omakase curated daily by chef Yuzo Toyama.
Musume at The Star is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Fridays; with dinner service-only from 5-11 p.m. on Saturdays and 5-10 p.m. on Sundays.
