The Star is a 91-acre campus that incorporates the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, Tostitos Championship Plaza, Ford Center, The Star District, Omni Frisco Hotel, and Baylor Scott & White Sports Therapy & Research Center. Since moving to Frisco, we don’t just stop by The Star now and then; we practically live there. It’s safe to say that we are there at least five days a week because it offers so much. Here’s a quick glimpse of some of the best experiences offered at The Star.

The Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters

The Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters was created to allow fans to connect with the team. There is a VIP Guided Tour that gives Cowboys fans a chance to experience the place where the Dallas Cowboys train and work 355 days of the year. Some highlights of the VIP Guided Tour include: Ford Center, War Room, Nike Star Walk, and the Super Bowl Memorabilia and Station.

The War Room is where the NFL draft is conducted each year. It’s designed with superior technology and a fully interactive video wall. Can you imagine how many up-and-coming stars were introduced and fought for in that room? The Nike Star Walk is a collection of the 10 most significant milestones in Dallas Cowboys history, along with a display of the evolution of the team’s uniforms dating back to 1960.

During the tour, guests are given the opportunity to take photos, ask questions, and learn about the history of the Dallas Cowboys and other NFL teams. You’ll most likely catch a glimpse of several of the players during the tour since they can often be found working out at their private training room or around the halls of the Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters.

Tostitos Championship Plaza

Tostitos Championship Plaza serves as the heartbeat of The Star campus. Whether participating in activities on the Dallas Cowboys 50-yard replica turf field or making your way into one of the many events hosted in Ford Center, the Tostitos Championship Plaza is both interactive and engaging for all those visiting The Star. Families love to gather at the Tostitos Championship Plaza and can often be found tossing a football of their own on the special turf.

There are many family-friendly events that take place at Tostitos Championship Plaza, including Christmas at The Star. Christmas at The Star begins with the lighting of The Star’s 67-foot Christmas tree and leads into a holiday performance showcasing the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dancers and Rookie Squad, Dallas Cowboys Drumline, mascot Rowdy, Santa, and special Dallas Cowboys guest appearances. With free parking and a free event, you don’t want to miss at least one night of Christmas at The Star.

The Star District

The Star District is the perfect place to shop, dine, stay, and experience the Dallas Cowboys-themed campus. These are just a few highlights you can experience during a visit to The Star District.

Dining

From casual dining to world-class cuisine, The Star District has it all. There are more than 20 restaurants, over 10 sports bars, and 8 patios. We’ve tried more than a handful of the dining establishments and return again and again. The below list is just the tip of the iceberg of experiences at The Star District.

At The Common Table, you’ll find delicious food paired with a thoughtful selection of beer, wine, and cocktails in a laid-back vibe. The Common Table offers 24 craft beers on draft at all times and a selection of over 100 whiskeys, exquisite wines, and a craft cocktail program. The Bavarian Pretzel Bites and the Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls are great choices on the Happy Hour menu offered from 3-7 pm. Plus, they have free live music every Friday and Saturday starting at 10 pm. The most impressive reason to visit The Common Table is for their weekend brunch.
